AUCTION LOCATION: On Site! From Hwy 51 & 8 (stoplight) in Okeene, Oklahoma, go 4 mile south to CR 660, then 2 miles east.

This farm consists of approximately 160 acres more or less. According to the county Farm Service Agency, there is 118.3 DCP cropland, 111.8 wheat base and 29 PLC yield.

The balance of the farm is in timber, creek, pasture area and pipe cattle corrals, rural water and a 12’x23’ metal storage building. Some of the pasture was planted to Jose Ryegrass. There is rural water on this property through North Blaine Water and good access by all- weather gravel road. There is also good perimeter / cross fencing.

The balance is in grass pasture, timber, and nice size pond. There is an older windmill (water) located on this property. Principal soils are: Pond Creek Silt loam, class I; McClain silt loam, class I; Norge Silt loam class II; Kirkland Silt Loam, class II; Bethany Silt Loam class II; Norge Silt Loam class III; Grant-Port class VI. This tract does have a wind easement but no current turbines or work done. Good whitetail deer, quail, and duck hunting! I saw nice covey of quail, 10 deer and numerous ducks on the pond.
